electrical energy?
i built a electric boat using 2 1.5V AAA batteries and a 3V motor. i have a question saying the electrical energy powering your boat came from the battery. list three forms of energy it became? i havent a clue. please help
Three kinds:
1) Kinetic Energy - The electrical energy is transformed in the motor into kinetic energy, the kind that power's the boat's motion.
2) Thermal Energy - The motor doesn't convert _all_ the electrical energy into kinetic

US Energy Department proposes more spending on electric transportation
While we have the world’s greatest innovation machine, countries around the world are moving aggressively to lead in the clean energy economy,” said Energy Secretary Steven Chu, a Nobel-winning physicist in an introduction to the 168-page review. “We can either lead in the development of the clean energy economy or we can stand back and wait for others to move forward a sustainable energy future. Its total 2011 budget was $3 billion, and the thinking by the government is it needs a faster return on its investment, so diverting a higher percentage toward electrification could engender more near-term solutions for America's pressing energy...Reasons We Have To Quit Burning Coal To Produce Electrical Energy
Oil and coal are found in big deposits deep in the earth or under the sea floor, but the largest of these oil and coal supplies have been drawn on and it is becoming harder and harder to uncover fresh deposits. The planet is little by little understanding the very real possibility of running out of oil and coal within this century. Coal and oil are becoming harder to find, and eventually it will get to the point where the price of extracting it will come to be excessively high. And the thing about oil and coal reserves is that they are limited. After we’ve taken all of the coal and oil we are able to out from the ground then there isn’t any extra....
